To summarise my greatest inspiration from Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche’s talk tonight is about “Awareness”. When you aware of your feeling or thought, you know how to handle your anger, sadness, worry or panic. No need to control it, but to learn to be with it, be friend with it. Obstacles in life help us grow in our wisdom and capabilities. Moreover, recognize 5 positive things in everyday, the negative ones will be easily diminished.
