You won’t grow until you change

The story is about Roger Federer, my favorite tennis player.  The young Federer always throwing, kicking his racket and screaming in the court, this short temperament and attitude issue were obstacles to his career in tennis.  Luckily, Federer had encountered a coach that taught him the importance of being polite and gracious.  While Federer was progressing well, his coach died in a car accident and leaving Federer to go on his own.  After grieving, he decided to be a respectful and decent person and get on to tennis with his strong belief.   It led to a huge behavioral change as he progressed to become one of the best tennis players in the world.  Do you know what you need to change in mind and attitude?

Your body pain gives you signal?

Stubbornness may cause your elbow pain.  Too stressful may be the reason of shoulder pain.  Different body pains reflect different attitude problem in everyday life.  The signals may not be obvious.  But changing your habit or attitude to be more flexible, forgiving, open for difference, it always help ease your stress and possibly some of the constant pain.
