“More you see, more you know.” a quote from my friend who told me how to understand “contemporary art”.
Well, one thing I know is that you see what you want to see. Have a beautiful big mind!
like … agree on everything you said, read your mind, understand you, treat you like how you treated them, be the same person they were before, and the worst…… always love you if you don’t offer your love in the first place….. Please stop doing any one of them.

It applies to media you consume. Choose carefully what you spend the time on. Nothing wrong to get entertained, but pick the good stuff.

It’s been a while from the DunHuang trip. Now it’s the final touch up of the drawing of Buddhism inspiration. It has a blessing in the 3 circles representing Buddhish 三寶是佛教術語，指佛寶 (Buddha)、法寶 (Dhama)、僧寶 (Sangha). See more drawings at http://www.cheerbox.com.hk
My recent new drawing took me quite a week to finish. Inspirations from a few Japanese artists and learnings from St Martins. It’s satisfying to see “I can do it!”

To summarise my greatest inspiration from Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche’s talk tonight is about “Awareness”. When you aware of your feeling or thought, you know how to handle your anger, sadness, worry or panic. No need to control it, but to learn to be with it, be friend with it. Obstacles in life help us grow in our wisdom and capabilities. Moreover, recognize 5 positive things in everyday, the negative ones will be easily diminished.

Compared to those spending most time browsing on social media or video games, the ones who spend most time on enhancing oneself’s knowledge, skill or learning new things, you know the different outcome. Invest quality time on yourself. You become what you spend time on. On average, we have around 26,000 days (71 years old) living on the planet, so spend our precious time wisely in everyone day.
